Remedial & Sports Massage
Are you suffering from back pain, neck pain, sporting injuries, sore muscles or tension? You may need a remedial or sports massage to loosen those muscles and get on top of any potential issues.
Acupuncture or dry needling, also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling, targets trigger and/or motor points in the myofascial tissue to help reduce acute muscle tension and relieve pain.
Biomechanics is the study of human motion. The study of biomechanics is important when determining what causes injuries and therefore how we can prevent them re-occurring.
